How the partner journey works

Seven clear steps take your property from application to a recorded payout.

    Request access

    Complete the short application at the end of this page using your property’s business details.

    TourDrivers verifies the property

    Our team reviews the hotel or homestay before approving partner access. No username or password is created by an administrator.

    Activate your secure account

    After approval, use the emailed 48-hour link to sign in with Google or create your own password.

  4. 4

    Invite trusted drivers

    Share your unique signup URL or email invitations to existing sedan, van, and tour drivers. The referral code is validated during registration.

    Drivers build their presence

    Drivers complete their profiles and fleet details, then become discoverable to travelers and can respond to suitable trip opportunities.

  6. 6

    Bookings create commission

    A confirmed booking records your approved rate. It becomes earned only after the trip is completed; cancelled bookings are reversed.

    Track and receive payout

    Follow pending, earned, available, and paid commission in your dashboard. Available balances are settled through the agreed bank-transfer or PayPal route and recorded with a payout reference.

Each entry stays connected to a completed booking and keeps its original currency. Online bookings become available after related platform funds are captured; direct-payment bookings become available after the driver’s platform fee is settled.

Who can apply?

Hotels and homestays can request access. TourDrivers reviews each organization before activating a partner account.

Can we refer drivers we already work with?

Yes. The program is designed for trusted existing drivers and fleets. A driver can be attributed to only one verified partner, so they should use your code when creating their account.

Does referring a driver guarantee bookings?

No. Discovery and trip opportunities depend on profile quality, destination demand, availability, pricing, and traveler choice.

When is commission payable?

Commission is earned after the eligible trip completes and becomes available only when the related TourDrivers platform funds or fee settlement is received.
